IP/Location tracking?

[matmay]

Is there any way I can disable location and/or have an anonymous IP when viewing websites/blogs/etc from my phone? I am dumb to this stuff! I know there are ways of tracking IPs and seeing the location and I am rather paranoid ;(

Settings --> Location and Security --> Un-check both "Use Wireless Networks" and "Use GPS satellites".

If they track via IP, not much can be done there, however. It's just the way the internets work.

Just curious, what are you afraid of? You are aware that tracking by IP gives "them" no more information than what city and possibly phone tower you are pulling said information from, right?

Hi,
You can Hide your Ip using Proxy server or using Hide Ip Software ,But you can't Track Ip.You can only get the Details Location,Country,ISP provider...etc of the Ip using online sites Ip-Details.Com.
