I have downloaded the app, and I've tried streaming. However when I type in the ip into my browser, it never connects.
I've tried firefox, chrome and IE so that may not be the problem..
If it's not working in a browser either, it's a network configuration problem. Is the camera behind a router? If so, you need to forward the correct port(s) to allow external access to the camera.
