how do I take pictures using a android 4.2.2 ipad

Well, ipad is an Apple trademark for an apple product. Assuming you have a relatively new (Android 4.2.2) tablet, normally, you open the app called "camera" (there should be a camera icon on screen or in the "app drawer" ) and press the on screen shutter button. As I don't know what device you have its hard to be more specific (I assume it has a camera built in!)
