iPad compatability with Razr Maxx?

My family wants to get me an iPad for Fathers Day. I just got a new Motorola Razr Maxx with Verizon 4g. Is there any compatabilty? Can I sync items and , if so, which ones?

Depends on what you mean "sync" items. Well you can sync calendar from iPad to Google, then sync Google to your Android phone, as for files and pictures, you can use Dropbox or Sugarsync to sync between them, just stay away from iCloud.
