Apps ipcam authentication

code works ok for demo cam,
but cannot get past authentication for my own cam

iv tried url="http://loginass@doggycam:99/videoview.cgi"

but still error 401,

but how do i add authentication?
I have tried several snipits but i think im doing something wrong
