If you don't know the PIN, can't you unlock it if you prove you're the owner using your itunes or Apple cloud account or connecting it to your PC. I'm not particularly up to speed on iDevices,

Either way, there's no way of hacking in to it (and if there is, it's not something we can help with), if that's what you're looking to do.

If you forgot the PIN on your phone, you can reset it from your Apple ID account in iTunes.
