I am using Espier Launcher as my app launcher on Android. It has a very nice UI, cool user experience with smooth speed. You can search Espier Launcher in market or click Espier | ???? from your Android device or PC.

it looks really nice on the phone and also this isn't my launcher i found this on xda in the apps&games section in the android forum
