Iphone to android app

Think of it like going to a Mcdonalds and the menu is in Portuguese, but you speak English. Or, vice versa.
Iphone is Cocoa based and Objective C. Android is for the most part Java based

This

It would be like you went in McDonalds and they handed you a menu for Burger King in Portuguese :)

so no luck?

You really still don't understand? Android and Apple are two DIFFERENT operating systems. You cannot simply "convert" an app from one to the other, it has to be completely re-written. What you are asking is the equivalent of asking how to grow oranges on an apple tree. It can't be done, you need to completely re-plant an orange tree if you want an orange.

is it possible to oconvert a app
No.

Even if you don't understand why think about it for a second. If apps were easily converted then why wouldn't every developer choose to sell apps on all devices? Why would developers limit their potential income?

If apps were easily converted then the app markets for all devices would be almost identical in their selections.

And what is that???
If you really want to understand then start reading up on coding, SDK's etc. In a nutshell, code for one platform isn't valid on another platform.

It's the same reason you can't just run a Mac app on a Windows PC natively or vice versa.
