I bought golfshot application for my iphone. I sold my iphone, and bought android phone; how can I use the same application without paying them again.

I'm afraid I don't think there is a way. You can see if the developer released a free version of that app with adds included in the Google Play store. :)
 
On probably rare occasions you can ask the developer if they will cancel out your apple license of the game and give you the paid Android license. It is completely up to them and they have no obligation to do so. I have heard of this happening, though probably less than half the time.
