Help iPhone to Galaxy S3

Hi, I just made the switch from the iPhone to the Galaxy!

So far the phone has been great, but I am having trouble with getting kies to work with transferring all my stuff from my iPhones 3gs to my Galaxy S3. When I go to transfer everything and it is converting the data to transfer, it gets about 60% done then come up with a message saying

What software are you using and are you on a Mac or a PC? Do you have a Google account (gmail)? What are trying to transfer (pics, txts, e-mail, etc.)?

I'm on a pc, yes I have a gmail account and have set that up. I'm trying to get everything front my iPhone to my galaxy like contacts, music, photos, txts etc.
I've seen people doing it on YouTube but it won't seam to work for me.

What kind of computer? Mac or Windows? Which carrier?
