iphone unlinmited data and amazon wireless

i currently have an iphone 3gs and im grandfathered in the ulimited data plan
i want to buy the galaxy s2 on amazonwireless because its cheapper than buying it with att.
the only problem is they want me to select a limited data plan
is anybody did buy is phone with amazon and kept its plan?

I think once you buy it you have to call att and tell them it made you choose a plan. They will then look at your past bills to verify you did have unltd data and then they will open a ticket to get it back. I had this happen when i got a phone at Walmart or was it radioshack. They messed up and changed my data plan but after calling att I had it back the next day. You can call att prior to it and have them place a note in your account that you will be calling back about that issue once you upgrade
