I bought iPhone 5 Clone.
* I returned to the factory default settings and then jumped me and the lack of a numeric keypad menu.Moge enter only in the camera. Before you restore to factory default settings everything worked ...
* Is there a possibility to upload new software or a photo of the keyboard ????

Please see earlier posts in this thread with instructions how to install Play Store and other Google services on these phones. Then you can download a keyboard & keypad from the Play Store.
 
Do you know the exact make and model of the phone?

I'm not sure I understand completely. You factory reset your phone and now you are locked out of it?
 
So yes. I bought the phone as iPhone 5 I realized that this is not original. I entered the options and took the "Restore Factory Settings" Then I turned on the August again. It is only the numeric keypad on the main screen and dragging upwards camera ...
 
Seems the OP bought one of those knockoff iPhones running some ancient fork of Android and got locked out of it after a factory reset. Sadly these devices don't generally work reliably enough for daily use. I am guessing he inadvertently triggered pin lock, Aka 'numeric keypad'

As for 'dragging upwards toward camera' this indicates the way Android 2.1 used to do swipe lock.

Change, write it new Soft? What program?

Are also other options like changing the wallpaper, sending by e-mail, Facebook, or message, is also the address book. mp3. Only that I had no input options on the menu ...
 
Knock off iPhone 5 and it needs a new software load You might get lucky if you can you find exactly what chipset it uses, and being able to read technical Chinese will help as well. Otherwise it's destined for recycling, that's what we do with the things here.

EDIT:

I've seen a couple of fake iPhone 5Ss recently that look and work very convincingly, they're Android but it's been modified and skinned to look and work just like iOS. Except for when these things crash as they do quite frequently from what I've seen, things like "the process android.system.acore has stopped unexpectedly". Main difference is though is the price, these things are equivalent of around $100-150, and not $1000 for the real McCoy. But if the software corrupts or locks-out for whatever reasons and the device becomes bricked, and needs to be re-flashed, no chance.
