iPod-like hold switch app

Is there an app which provides a classic iPod like hold switch on-screen? I want to be able to lock the screen while I am listening to music when I have to put my android phone in my pocket briefly, without having to enable the "lock" screen, shutting off the screen and making me "draw" my un-lock pattern.

I don't know about anything specifically like this, but I use Widgetlocker Lockscreen. I just put the widgets of whatever music apps I use on the lockscreen and then just have to turn on the lock screen and tap the widget's controls to change track, pause/play, and/or get artist/song info.
