hi everyone, am very new to andriod programming, I would like to create a iptv app that has basic features and allows the use of xml and m3u play list from server. can anyone help me please?

Do you know Java? If not get a good beginners book, or view an online tutorial, again there are many.

Actually , no. i only know html programming. i was hoping to find someone who could build one for me and i pay them. but its difficult to find programmers with time i guess.
