Just found out Samsung left this feature out...soo annoying

Even the s6 edge and models after have this feature been missing, I use it a lot on my s6.

Even the s6 edge and models after have this feature been missing, I use it a lot on my s6.

The s6 Edge has the I-R Blaster,the S6 Edge+ does not.
I considered getting the S6 Edge just for this feature,instead of the S7 Edge.
But,I'd be losing the SD Card Slot & the extra 1000 mAh extra in battery power.
As nice as having the I-R Blaster is,in all honesty,I really don't use it a lot.
However,since Samsung forced a choice,the S7 Edge won out,that extra battery capacity was too great to leave on the table............

The battery is the biggest attraction for me but the inability to control led reliably with lightflow and the frequent heat complaints have me biding my time.

its a disappointing loss while there still isnt a universal way to control TVs etc without it
