IR Camera App?

hey guys, my mate was telling me about an app he heard about called Spyglass. Apparently it uses your camera and picks up infrared light, and has been known to see through some peoples clothing. i did a google search and i cant seem to find a download.....does this app really exist? if so....where am i able to download it from?

No, I have no idea of what app you're talking about and I hope it doesn't really exist.
 
IR doesn't really see through clothing. It's a long wavelength. Xrays are on the short end. Astronomical cameras use IR, and no one has complained. (Canon had the 20Da.) (This doesn't include the kooks who think you are a peeping Tom or a terrorist if they see a telescope)
I had IR on a couple of PDAs. I could use it as a TV remote, or TF files.
 
Actually, most digital cameras are able to see IR light. Don't believe me? Open your cam app, then point your TV remote at the camera and hit a button on it while watching the phones screen. You'll see the IR emitter light up on the remote. This means nothing for that app, though. For it to really work, you would need an IR filter to put over the lens so that IR was all the sensor was seeing, AND you would need a strong IR light source to illuminate the area.
