my phone model is Samsung galaxy s4.
question 1 : "sorry player does not support this type of audio file"
I got this error message when I try to play my songs in mp3 file.
I thought mp3 is the most normal file type to play the songs in a mobile phone? how to solve this?
questions 2 : some of my songs disappear every time after the device auto update the programs. why?
question 3 : every time after the device auto update the programs, all the setting changed back to default setting and I have to re-set it again. why?
