Welcome to Android Forums. Thanks for joining the community.
You will want to check in to the forum for your specific device model. You can select it from the list on the home page where you can join your device's area of support - where you'll be able to find some cool information and will be the best place to get device specific help.
If you can't find it, then tell us what device you have and we'll point you in the right direction.
