I canceled my ATT internet dsl connection and get a 5 gig plan T mobile plan with wireless hot spot, so i can connect my laptop and other devices, only me and my wife using.
I watch movies and youtube and browsing the internet. My wife do the same.
Is 5gig enough ? Go back to att? please help

yeah.. you are about to see a huge bill!!!!

watching movies: .2gb per movie (guessing on low side)
5gb is about 20-25 movies.
how many movies do you watch in a month? and your wife?

then you add in all the other things you do online...

with all the things you do online and your wife.. . 5GB is not enough

5 gigs a month is really low for all of your home internet use, especially if you watch a lot of movies, like dan330 said. Netflix can use 1 gig+/hr by itself, depending on quality.

Beyond that, your web browsing alone between devices is probably at least a gig, assuming no downloads. Then, if you play games at all, thats more data. I would go back to AT&T.

you need a home plan, you can't survive on 5 gigs. Youtube alone will get you to that with a week of video watching.

I use Pandora for about 1-2 hours everyday, and that takes up 3 gigs or so a month.

Definitely not enough. I would rip through 2 GB in 2 weeks on a data stick just surfing Facebook and forums. If you're a heavy video streamer, you'll need at least 100 GB. I used to exceed my 60 GB limit all the time. 5 GB is nothing.
