Help Is Anyone else having this problem?

Hey guys,
The amaze 4g for tmobile is a good phone except for the fact that my data is really slow. i have no clue why its going slow but it is. I live in NYC where connection for tmobile is awesome. This is really bugging me and want to know if anyone else had this problem and how they solved it. Thanks in advance

Did you use the new SIM that came with the phone or just swap in your old one? Have you called 611 and asked T-Mobile?

Yes i did, i called tmobile a bunch of times but they said this problem is unknown and that they are doing "everything" they can.

It's all about the Sim card, I found that out myself.

No it wasnt. I took it to tmobile and we tried 4 different sim cards. The phone was still slow so they exchanged my device for another amaze and the speeds were fast again.
