Help is anyone familiar with this malware?

i installed a bunch of apps and im sure one of them is triggering this spamware to show a star icon in the system tray and its always some advertisement. without uninstalling everything....is there a way to track what programs are spawning these processes?

That's an Air Push ad....

If you install AirPush Detector from the market it will tell you which app is giving you the ads.

yep! it was a game i checked out.

I should have a rule: if you havent used it since you downloaded it, uninstall!!!
