Help Is back cover and the screen's physical design bad in i9300?

Is it ok to put a silicon gel back cover? If I have even a little sweat on my finger, this one's back slips like hell. and the front screen is the same. Hate the physical design. Agree with me? what is the best solution?

I just switched to a bumper after using a case since July, so now I'm actually touching the back cover. it definitely should have been made with something with more grip.
