Is HTC LEGEND G6 genuine?

Off late I'm seeing HTC LEGEND G6 from chinese manufacturers coming online.It is listed in lots of places. Is it a reliable version? Since it is coming from China I'm too scared because lot o f fake manufacturers also there. most importantly. IS IT HAVING SAME FEATURES AS THE ORIGINAL LEGEND?

The Legend is called the G6 in Taiwan/China
(Desire is G7)

Because I 'm not sure whether it will have HTC Touch sense or not
