Have you updated the device via service center? Make sure you are on the latest firmware first of all.

But from what you describe, it sounds like a dud unit to me anyway.

Mine has never done that.

Hi all,

made special an account to respond on this thread,

a lot of people as this issue by following the problem you have

here a 2 links from toshiba support usa and europe :

and in the link you find a thread of mine , i called allready support and there checking it out....there you also see there is be an update for europe but still didnt get mine.. (belgium)

no problem dude,

plz also respond on the official toshiba forums....

it helps all the cases for the excite pro, cus the support doesnt know nothing and just send it back unrepaired...
