Help Is it android crashing or is it my device?

Have you updated the device via service center? Make sure you are on the latest firmware first of all.

But from what you describe, it sounds like a dud unit to me anyway.

Mine has never done that.

a lot of people as this issue by following the problem you have

and in the link you find a thread of mine , i called allready support and there checking it out....there you also see there is be an update for europe but still didnt get mine.. (belgium)
