How important is it to use screen protectors on tablets? It seems to me that the screens are made of glass which is very difficult to scratch as it is. Just wondering what others think about this.

Using or not using a screen protector is one of those "ymmv" issues. ;)

I've never used one and never scratched a phone or tab screen.

Others will chime in. ;)
 
I prefer to have a screen protector just so that I don't have to touch and get dirty the bare screen. It doesn't really make a difference concerning scratches, but like I said, that's not why I have one :)
