Help Is it normal for the phone to heat up every now and then?

My phone occasionally heats up near the camera area even when i'm not using it or running anything. The notification area doesn't show any data and the reception is good when it happened the last time. It got quite hot that I couldn't hold it for too long when taking a call, but the heat goes away pretty quickly. I read that its trying to boost its signal or something but the receptions is usually pretty good. Should I be worried?

If I'm not using my phone, it is not getting warm.
It is possible that a certain background process is keeping CPU running, which causes the phone to get warm (near the camera). Since this process should go hand to hand with the battery consumption, you can have a look at battery stats in Settings to see which app/event is active when the phone is idle.

You don't have "Tweetcaster" installed by any chance do you??

My S2 doesn't get warm at all but just recently I noticed it getting ridiculously warm while I wasn't actually using it and it turned out to be Tweetcaster running in the background!!

Hope this helps...
