Is it normal to constantly have problems sending MMS with virgin mobile?

Haven't you ever noticed there's no attachment option? MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is not the same as SMS (Short Message Service).

That's not MMS. Sending a picture in a text message = MMS. This is what the OP is talking about. MMS is not supported in Google Voice, which is why there is no attachment option when you text.

As a response to the original question posed my answer would be yes. But then again the service at my house is not that great and has only gotten worse since I had Virgin Mobile. But MMS has been hit and miss no matter where I am. The only decent cell phone service at my house is Verizon but what a monthly price jump that would be!

Even though data service is generally.spotty at my house, we have 99% sucess on vm with both sms & mms.

it just depends were u are i never hae issues. i had issues with the optimus elite. but now that i have the one v evrything is better and much smoother
