Help Is it normal?

Every time i go online with my phone and then go clear the cache memory i notice that my devices space is decreasing before 3 days it was 38 mb now it is 35 mb.Is that normal?

i have yet to ever clear my cache! been over a year.... the max u need to do is to power off sometimes [sony recommends once per day]
