Help Is it possible to change the lockscreen apps?

I assume it must be, but haven't been able to figure out how.

Update: figured it out. Now, is there away to get a shortcut to the Google voice search? I just want the voice search app icon. I go to the play store and it is installed, but you can't actually access the shortcut without using the whole Google search bar.
