Apps Is it possible to do voice recognition using TAGALOG?(language used in the Philippines)

Hi. Just would like to ask question regarding java programming. Is it possible to do a VOICE RECOGNITION Tagalog? Is it possible for me to implement it? I really need some answers, It's for my thesis. I was supposedly a graduating student last march, but i didn't able to graduate on time because of this. I know how to do voice recognition, But using tagalog? Cannot.
