Root Is it possible to hack the international version to hork on 1700mhz tmobile HSPA

I know the AT&T Samsung galaxy note was hacked to work on the 1700mhz T-mobile network. (http://rootgalaxynote.com/galaxy-no...e-3g4g-hspa-on-your-att-galaxy-note-sgh-i717/)Can anyone tell me if this is feasible on for the unlocked international One S ?

I don't think so. I haven't seen anything like that around anywhere.

I believe there is a way to flash radios still with s-on on this device so it may be possible haven't seen any solid info on it anywhere though.
