Is it possible to run WP7 and Android from same SD card

Today i read on the blog that, it is possible to run Windows Phone 7 and Android from same SD card. Is it possible to run WP7 and Android from same SD card. Search in Google with this long tail keyword "Create SD card partition to run Windows Phone 7 WP7 and Android" to find the blog were the full tutorial is given to create partition on SD card to run WP7 and Android.

I think that's for Win7 phones instead of android phones. As far as I know, neither iOS or Windows Phone 7 has been ported to Android.

Can't speak for WP7 but I doubt that either OS "runs from the SD card". SD card is just external storage so it's certainly possible to have both OS's using the same card.

it is for the HD2 however and we all know that that is the most customisable phone EVER so if it's possible for any other phone, I don't know
