well, aside from trying to search for subjects related to a specific recent phone such as the g960u, which depending on carrier seems to have unique and particular hurdles and glithches that seemingly do not apply to other non-S9 or s9 plus phones.
I assume what I ask isn't readily possible as my efforts to try similar using advanced seach funtions of external search engine have not been able to bear fruit.
Is that function not offered because if I overlooked it hidden in plain sight, I'd feel a bit silly.
Searching and not limited to:
New s9 makes no provision for scrolling or "whole page" screen shot capture.
The always on display is grayed out.
And the tethering apps in the playstore purported by same device owners to work great, do not at all and there are a few other annoyances.
I've wiped the partition after cleaning all app cache and nothing has helped.
Installing Clockwork Mod Tether sorta worked and cause so many issues.
That experience revealed resetting the aspect ratio at best is a joke with the underlying problem seeming to be resolution greatly conflicting.
Such a shame because I'd guess until those issues with it can be resolved and eliminated as cause of other erratic and unstable behaviors, I've simply uninstalled it and kept on uninstalling it until it quite reinstalling itself and taking over.
I'd really like to avoid doing a factory reset.
interesting is when I take it out of medium power mode, which it came in, it changed several things and most annoying was when using say Chrome or anything else requiring the keyboard, it apparently changed its resolution positioning it as to be inaccessible with no way readily apparent to move it or resize.
And even after a restart, no difference so I put it back on Medium and the keyboard was useful again.
I am wondering if this BUILD NUMBER PPR1.180610.011.G9960USQU6CSGF is wonky and buggy but, searching all over the net for this specific build, I don't find any mention of it although it appears to likely be the latest offered from VZW.
