Help Is it possible to turn camera light on before taking pic?

I have searched the market to no avail. When in dim lit situations and using the camera I can switch to video mode and switch on the light to illuminate the subject. If I want to just take a pic and select camera mode is there a mod or tweak to enable the light to be on to illuminate the subject in the same way.

you can turn on the led light before you launch the camera app and it will stay on while you take a pic.
