Help Is it safe for me to delete this?

I'm trying to free up space and I'd appreciate it if anyone could let me know if this is an important or relevant file or if I can delete it. ( the SystemAndroid one taking up 1.76gb)

No. That is your Android System, as in the OS.

Well systemandroid is just that..... it's basically your os. I'm guessing everything else might be related to you're system os.

Edit: Plus the others are small change as far as size goes.
