Is it worth getting the cliq? Someone help

So im looking to get a new phone on friday. Im debating on getting the cliq because it is new an all. Looks like a cool phone the only thing i wont use is the social networking. The only one i MIGHT use is the myspace one but idk if ill use it. So my question is, is it worth buying the cliq? I mean i have already had a couple mytouch 3g's and those are cool but i wanna try somethin new. Whats the awesome features on the phone? Are there any cases that are cool for it? And other accessories such as docks and stuff? Just thought i would ask some questions before buying it. Thanks for whoever replies to this.

i want to get this because if i dont like it, i can just trade it for a mt3g everyone around here has one if not that an iphone. Which they are ok but i really love android.

Try the Cliq... I think you'll like it...... it's better than the Droid.... the Droid's larger screen is an even worse battery killer and the Cliq's rounded keys are much better than the Droid's flat keyboard...

Well I think its worth it I have both the G1 and the Cliq and since getting the Cliq my G1 is getting used less and less even though its rooted... IMHO the Cliq is just better all around although I would not go as far as saying its better than the Droid as others here do....

Well i think im going to go ahead and get it. Still doing research on it wondering if it will ever get 2.0, or even 1.6? Anyone know anything about that? Oh and how about a root for it as well

As of right now moto is REALLY hush hush on the updates.... most likely because until next year the cliq will be the only moto phone running moto blur... so will it eventually be upgraded, most likely... and as far as root its being worked on but as of right now i have no confirmation of it being achieved....

After the update I am Mc Lovin this device! And when the big update comes I KNOW WITH OUT A DOUBT I will be very thankful I got my device cause they already fixed the wonky touch screen issues as far as I can tell. Get one its great!
