Android Lollipop update is rolling out to Nexus4 or paused ?

The OTA file is still accessible from Google's servers here so I believe it's still rolling out. It may take a few weeks to hit everyone though.

There was an article posted on Reddit last week stating the OTA had been paused due to SMS bugs that were affecting users on certain carriers in India and Belgium IIRC.

I don't know if they've resumed it.

I'd take it with a grain of salt. You can always flash the OTA or images manually if you're getting antsy.

I just got the OTA (LRX21T) today, and finished downloading and installing about three hours ago.

Very smooth ... I like it.
