Is my 10.1 outdated?

Hello! I got a Note 10.1 a few years ago as a gift and have barely used it since.

I turned it on now and updated it, it's version 4.1.2.

Even though it's the newest update for this tablet, is it outdated compared to the new Samsung tablets on the market?

Im debating on selling this one and upgrading to a newer Samsung tablet. Please let me know what you think and what I should do.

Personally, I prefer the 4.x version of Android over the 5.x flop versions.

that is a personal opinion, but it is mine.... I don't like the new menus, or the colors.
the phone is not any faster, nor is the battery life any better.

if the tablet will do what you need, why spend money?
Use it for a while, get used to what it can do.

then, if 2 or 3 months of use still make you feel "under powered", and you can afford the pocket outlay, get a new one.

Agreed 100%!! [emoji41]

You could also root it and upgrade it if you fine it's outdated for you ;)

i dont think that note101 is outdated and on my experience it is running kitkat better than jb. unfortunately samsung didnt bother to fork kitkat (gui) for tablets so the official kitkat for note101 is abit "not the best" look... anyway, the screen is outdated and i rarely used it nowadays. it was already a question mark when it was released and now when all other phones/tablets you have, they have much better screens which makes note101 to look too blurry...
