Help Is MyBackUpPro the best option to copy ALL info from one X to another?

I will be getting a second X as a back-up for my primary X. (No insurance and I'm getting the phone in hand for about 1 years worth of maybe not used insurance fees.)

I am not rooted.

I think I understand that I will lose all my progress/scores (data) on my games but the games will transfer over (not to mention they are still in my market).

Will all my screens, pics, etc; transfer over on a restore to the new X with MyBackUpPro? I want all that is on my X just copied TO the "new" X so it's ready to roll when and if I need it.

I gather that for this application, I'd want to do the back up to their (cloud) server, correct?

If this is not the quickest, easiest, cheapest way to do this, what is?

I doubt that the app can do that. Short of rooting and using some killer backup software like Titanium Backup, the Android OS actually prevents apps from having that kind of access to each other (which us why rooting is necessary for that kind of data management). After you get your backup device, give the app (assuming you already have it) a trial run, so you know exactly what to expect.
 
root it and make a nandroid in clockworkmod. then you will have a backup of everything, an image if you will of your phone at the time of backup.

That is correct however you wouldn't want to restore system data from one device to another.

Good point. OP should just make it easy on himself and root and install Titanium Backup and then he can pick and choose what he wants to backup. One of my favorite apps, especially if you like to flash a lot of roms like me!
