is "phone" still the right term?? what should it be called?

After a week in Chicago's black hole of cellular communications, the names I'm calling my phone aren't ones that I can write here. :eviltongue: Even the land line was out for a while.

Who is your service provider? Generally they are all pretty good here.

Never thought of it... but PET, Mini-Me, my life... all those would sum it up nicely. It's attached to my hip 24/7, and it rests next to my pillow each night where I usually fall asleep watching videos on Youtube, Hulu, texting someone, or checking Facebook.

I very rarely use my "phone" to make phone calls. I could take the bare minimum amount of minutes that Verizon offers to give you, and not even put a dent in it. If I use up 30-60 minutes in a month, that's usually a lot.

Sounds like me, my note 2 is my baby and I'm never without it, charges next to my bed every night and the only time I'm without it is when I cook or go to the loo (unless I'm there a while lol)

Sprint. I've used Sprint for more than 12 years now, and while I was everywhere except the wealthiest part of Northbrook, I never had a reason to complain. But now that my mom and a friend are living in the black hole of Northbrook, and I've moved to Madison, things have changed enough to make me finally give up on Sprint.

On the plus side, I actually got a Sprint WiMAX signal! It was in Lake Forest, where I go once a decade on average, and the data rate wasn't much different from the EV-DO "3G" radio. But at least I can finally say that I've used "4G" in my phone.
