Help Is Rootkhp download Infected?

After a quick Google search, I dunno if I'd trust this or use this on my device.

What device are you trying to root? Perhaps there is a better method?

Is some Chinese so-called "one-click" vulnerability exploit rooting tool? Never heard of this particular one, but given what these things are sometimes like, it could very well contain undesirable malware, adware and/or spyware. What exact "trojan virus" did Norton flag is as?

What phone are you actually trying to root? Maybe there's a more proven and documented rooting method for it? Or on the other hand things like this might irreparably damage or completely brick some devices.

I am trying to find a working root for my Kyocera Duraforce Pro with Nougat 7.1.2

When I hold the Power and Vol buttons down it will go to the boot loader menu and I see a little 0 on the top left of the screen. It is a factory unlocked for GSM model. Do you think its rootable?

I did have a look on XDA Devs, seems quite a few users enquiring about rooting this phone, but other than that, not a lot. Also with Android 6.x, 7.x, or later, so called "one-click" vulnerability exploit roots, such as this Rootkhp basically don't work. So quite frankly at this moment in time I don't think that this Kyocera phone is rootable.

Be aware that root procedure is for 6.0 Marshmallow phones, yours has got 7.1.2 Nougat, which I presume was an update. So I think it's...Good luck!...Here be dragons!

I wouldn't trust those procedures at all tbh.

I'd stick to legitimate sites like here, xda or Android Central etc for rooting info.

Kyocera devices are pretty locked down iirc so you're most likely out of luck.
