Is samsung galaxy vibrant bricked!?

Hi all!

I bought this samsung galaxy vibrant (t-mobile) more than a year ago. So now since i was outta warranty, i tried to do a few tricks...

A) installed 'rom manager' from the android market.
B) downloaded bionix - android 2.2 modified version.
C) it worked well. But i figured that my gmail had a problem. I couldn't send mails either on wifi or network.
D) i chose to download another free rom and so went to rom manager and downloaded cyanogen (mod) version 7.2.
E) initially, everything happened as it was intended. The current rom was backed up on sd card, the phone began to restart.
F) however, the restart never happened! My phone gets stuck at the stage where the rom is getting loaded.
G) i tried to go back to the recovery mode by using the three-button method. It doesn't give me the recovery screen any longer!
H) i tried to go back to the download mode and root a fresh os via odin (version 1.3). This doesn't work either!
I) i am stuck!

try going into download mode by taking out your battery and connecting yor phone to the computer by a usb cable and while holdin the volume up and down buttons together place the battery back in. that always works for me
