Help Is the official 5.0 Lollipop for the Galaxy Note 3 out for SM-N900P?

I saw youtube videos with people having it on their Note 3. I just don't know which model it's out for. If it is out and I update my phone to it will I lose my apps and data? Can I reroot my phone after updating to 5.0?
 
Is your phone modified other than being rooted? (custom recovery, system apps removed etc?)
If not I think you'll get the ota update eventually. The update will unroot it though
