Help Is the problem the Hardware, software, provider, or op?

I just recently did a backup and restore on my Samsung Galaxy Avant and the only thing that didn't restore was my calendar that I didn't relize was not google calendar and didn't backup to samsung. Now I am having problems with Internet. Sites are timing out, error codes, loading and jumping to the middle so I have to scroll up, some game apps not connecting with Facebook sometimes. I have moved to various places in the house to see if there is a difference, none. Tried different browsers. Before factory reset was having different issues. Getting frustrated. I've read a lot of (or try to read ) threads as the page jumps all over the place and now I don't know if the problem is just hardware,software, or op error. You did a backup/restore because you were having problems. But you may have negated the purpose of the reset by restoring the problem.

Try running in safe mode. If it works ok, you know it's not hardware. Then do another reset, but restore slowly, an app at a time. You might catch the troublemaker.
