Is the stock task killer gone?

The stock task killer was great! Now it seems to be gone on ICS. I had mostly everything there to auto shut off after 2 minutes and my battery would last forever. Is there a way to get something like that back? I dont like to have things running for no reason in the background. I hate manually shutting things off in my running services. Just wondering. Thanks!

Seems its IS gone now. On my Transformer tablet, running ICS, there is a "Task manager" that allows me to kill all running tasks, or individual ones, but I dont see anything like this on the RAZR.

I was researching this last night when I got my ICS installed. I also loved the auto shut-off feature. I did find, though, that you can press on the home "button" and a list of your running apps will show up. You just swipe each one to the left and it turns them off. It's kind of a pain, but at least it's something until there is an app for that.
