That works like iCal where it will show the current date instead of just the # 31 like the current calendar app on the S3.
I found a widget but it is not linked to the current calandar is there something that will work with the current google cal?

Are you asking for a full timestamp? Like Month/Day/Year and the time? Or just like Month/Day?

Because the widget built into my device for Google Calendar displays the Month/Day already.
