Deleting the file does not take the file's data off the SD card. Is there an App that wipes the data clean off your SD card? Like our Hard Drives does it require multiple passes?
I want the data stored on the card after the file are deleted erased. You might not know that when you delete a file the data stays. The only thing that's deleted are the pointers. All the data is still on the card.
To completely delete data from any digital storage medium you must overwrite it several times. I am not familiar with an Android App to do this, but you could just mount the sd card on a PC and use one of the many available PC tools to do it.
Bear in mind that a card is only good for so many write operations, though - repeatedly overwriting the whole thing will shorten its lifetime, so you might want to keep it to a minimum, at least.
