Is there a difference in these 2 sd cards?

For use in a cell phone, they're pretty much equivalent - provided that the UHS-1 isn't strictly UHS-1 and decides to not work. I haven't experienced that personally but it's been known to happen.
Many are also double rated and marked C10 and U1.
