is there a "loaner" app?

Howdy, i lookin for an app that only allows access to the address book and phone. i.e. if i hand someone my phone to make a call, that ALL that they can do. Has anybody seen this?

This is built into MIUI, it's called privacy mode. I don't know of an app that does it though.
