is there a no comms handset with data access through dock?

[Secure device]

I'm looking for a device which might seem a bit antiquated now.

I basically need an android device which has zero data connectivity (no mobile data/wifi/bluetooth etc). But then would be able to get data access when plugged into a hub of some sort.

Not sure this would even exist? but if you have any suggestions....

I could also work with a normal handset with these features disabled, but then would need a way of getting data access to it through the usb/dock.

any suggestions would be helpful,

Thanks,

Joe
